The Delta Lift Frame™
Equipment Package
Every clinic involved in treating and testing injured workers requires the ability to quantify a worker’s ability to lift and carry a variety of loads within a job-specific pattern. The Delta Lift Frame™ is the essential piece of equipment that will complement any clinical setting.
This exclusive design has been in use for over 20-years in active Work Hardening and Functional Capacity Evaluation settings.
Features include:
- Solid steel construction with a 400-lb minimal capacity
- Low profile, wall-mounted design minimizes foot print where space is a premium
- 6-Adjustable steel shelving levels and 13-fixed height lifting levels ranging from 4-inches (pallet level) up to a 78-inch height overall
- A light weight lifting box designed to allow several hand positions including:
- bilateral and unilateral
- Under and over hand positions
- Diagonal (corner to corner) box handling positions
Every Delta Lift Frame™ is provided with 100-lbs of weight in 5-lb increments. All steel parts are powder coated in standard mat black. A protective braided urethane hose covers the lift box arms and provides an ideal grasp diameter and dampens any sound during testing.
Each tang on the lift frame is covered with a self-gripping vinyl edging ensuring years of wear and further sound dampening properties. The bottom of the lift box is also lined with a protective layer of Nitrile material that both protects the powder coat from chipping but also dampens the sound of the steel bars as they are placed in the box.
Two additional layers of Nitrile are included for use between each layer of weights to be placed in the box.
Each Delta Lift Frame™ includes:
- Easy assembly and installation instructions
- A modified Progressive Isoinertial Lifting Examination (PILE) protocol
- Custom data recording forms, and complete written instructions in CD format
